You can move the pages around and it won't mess up the hyperlinks but if you delete a page that is linked to a hyperlink, the hyperlink on the element will be deleted. For example, a tab labeled "JAN", when pressed, brings you to the monthly planner page for January. If you delete the January monthly planner page, then the "JAN" tab hyperlink will be deleted thus pressing the tab won't bring you to the monthly page anymore.
